Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Confrex Global, we strive to provide seamless event/conference registration services while maintaining fairness in our cancellation and refund process. By registering for our events, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. General Policy
    • All registrations are final. By completing the payment, you confirm your commitment to attend the event.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed as per the conditions stated below.

 

  1. Cancellation by Registrants
    • More than 60 days before the event: 80% refund (20% administrative fee applies).
    • 30 to 60 days before the event: 50% refund.
    • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
    • No-shows: Registrants who fail to attend without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

 

  1. Transfer & Substitutions
    • If unable to attend, registrants may transfer their ticket to another attendee from the same organization.
    • All transfer requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
    • An administrative fee of $70 applies for processing transfers.

 

  1. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Confrex Global
    • If an event is canceled by Confrex Global, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
    • If an event is postponed, registrations will automatically be carried over to the new date. No refunds will be issued in this case.

 

  1. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
    • Confrex Global is not responsible for event cancellations due to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
    • In such cases, refunds will be processed only at the discretion of Confrex Global, and administrative fees may apply.

 

  1. Processing of Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days after the event via the original payment method.
    • Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the registrant.

 

  1. Travel & Accommodation
    • Confrex Global is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any third-party costs incurred by registrants.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
