Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Confrex Global, we strive to provide seamless event/conference registration services while maintaining fairness in our cancellation and refund process. By registering for our events, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
- General Policy
- All registrations are final. By completing the payment, you confirm your commitment to attend the event.
- Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed as per the conditions stated below.
- Cancellation by Registrants
- More than 60 days before the event: 80% refund (20% administrative fee applies).
- 30 to 60 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
- No-shows: Registrants who fail to attend without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
- Transfer & Substitutions
- If unable to attend, registrants may transfer their ticket to another attendee from the same organization.
- All transfer requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
- An administrative fee of $70 applies for processing transfers.
- Event Cancellation or Postponement by Confrex Global
- If an event is canceled by Confrex Global, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- If an event is postponed, registrations will automatically be carried over to the new date. No refunds will be issued in this case.
- Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
- Confrex Global is not responsible for event cancellations due to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, refunds will be processed only at the discretion of Confrex Global, and administrative fees may apply.
- Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days after the event via the original payment method.
- Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the registrant.
- Travel & Accommodation
- Confrex Global is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any third-party costs incurred by registrants.
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
